01 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 53bd platform and all of its associated services. 53bd is an online betting and casino platform offering cricket, football, tennis, and other sports betting, as well as slots and live casino games for players in Bangladesh.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and 53bd. In the event of any dispute, these Terms shall be considered the final document.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on 53bd, you must be at least 21 years of age. The platform's services are strictly prohibited for minors. 53bd may request an identity document or other proof at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual or household is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts will be permanently closed and all associated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If false or misleading information is provided, 53bd has the right to cancel the account and withhold any deposited funds.

2.4 One Device / IP Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may be treated as fraud. If the same device is shared within a household, please notify the support team in advance.

03 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 53bd will never ask for your password via email or message.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• 53bd will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

53bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable for each method).
• Verifying deposit methods is simple and secure.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — the deposit source must be an account registered in the user's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The method used for withdrawal must match the deposit method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing typically takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Taxes & Charges

53bd does not impose any additional charges on deposits or withdrawals. However, the payment service provider's own charges may apply. Users are responsible for complying with applicable taxes and laws in their country.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated only on the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are applicable once per user.
• Once a bonus is credited to the account, it must be used within a specified time limit — the expiry will be stated in the relevant offer.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn if wagering requirements have not been met.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined unless specifically permitted.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 53bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• 53bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular players may participate in our VIP program. This program is divided into four tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are based on the player's activity and participation. The benefits and terms for each tier are subject to change.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered final only when a confirmation message is displayed by the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, it will not be considered valid.

6.2 Incorrect Pricing

If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, 53bd reserves the right to correct them. Bets placed by taking advantage of such errors will be cancelled.

6.3 Game Results

The outcome of all games is determined by the reliable Random Number Generator (RNG) of the relevant software provider. 53bd works with established game providers to ensure fair play, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi.

6.4 System Disruptions

If the internet connection is lost during a game or betting session, or if a technical issue occurs on the platform, the last state saved on the server will be considered final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 53bd and will result in immediate account closure upon detection:

• Money laundering or use of funds obtained from illegal sources.

• Cheating or hacking the game or betting system.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, 53bd reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance of the relevant account.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 53bd

53bd may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Providing false identity or contact information.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority or legal obligation.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. This can be done by contacting the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.
